Resipound

Resipound is an event item in Astroneer. It is used in the EXO F.A.R.M. and Breakdown Event LTEs to craft various event items and open some EXO Dynamics Research Aids.

Resipound is also obtained by using the EXO Dynamics Research Aids in the Mantles of the Planets.

During EXO F.A.R.M., Resipound can be obtained by using a tapper on an Amaize plant. Amaize can be found in the Caves of Sylva, appearing on the Compass with a yellow icon.

EXO Dynamics Research Aids with purple, blue, or yellow hues on the bottom are opened with Resipound.

Trivia

• Resipound is a portmanteau of Resin and Compound. The nugget combines both resources, half being Resin, the other half being Compound.
• The Amaize plant that Resipound is tapped from resembles a giant ear of corn growing out of the ground. This fits with the theme of plants being used for all of the EXO F.A.R.M. recipes alongside Sturdysquash Samples.
