Organic is a natural resource in Astroneer. Organic has many appearances through different types of flora, but when gathered it has the appearance of a stack of thick, green leaves.

Organic is found on every planet when using the Terrain Tool on most kinds of flora.
The 
Soil Centrifuge produces 8 Organic with two full 
Canisters of 
Soil.
The 
Trade Platform gives 2 Organic for every 
Scrap, up to 8 total for 4 Scrap.
The 
Tapper produces Organic as long as it is placed on a tappable flora.

Organic can be used to power a Small Generator.
Trivia
- Organic used to be found in 2 other appearances, one being a droplet formation and the other a cuboid formation. The droplet organic could be gathered from using the Terrain Tool on tumblespikes, while the cuboid was available on the side of rocks on Barren.
- Organic is the only natural resource besides Soil that cannot be collected using an Auto Extractor.
