Cosmic Baubles are an event item in Astroneer for the Project CHEER Delivery Event and the Breakdown Event.
Source
During Project CHEER Delivery Event, Cosmic Bauble is crafted in a Small Printer by combining 
Astronium and 
Scrap.
During the Breakdown Event, Cosmic Bauble is obtained by using or uprooting Ice-olated Specimens in the Caves of the Planets.
Uses
During the Project CHEER Delivery Event, Cosmic Baubles are used to gain Recovery Points from the EXO Request Platform, giving 75 points each.
During the Breakdown Event, Cosmic Bauble is used to craft the following items :

Notes
- Cosmic Baubles are craftable only during the Project CHEER Delivery Event. Any unused baubles will remain in players' saves.
- Cosmic Baubles are the only CHEER event items that are not found on planets and must be crafted. They also are the only small item, not needing to be packaged to be sent in for the event.
