Mysterious Biofuel is an event item in Astroneer. It is used in the Breakdown Event event to obtain rewards from the EXO Request Platform.

Mysterious Biofuel is found by finding either a Ice-olated Specimen (Breakdown Event) or finding EXO Dynamics Research Aid (Breakdown Event)s and inputting either Power or the indicated resource. During the Breakdown Event, Noxothane is instead obtained by using or uprooting Ice-olated Specimen (Breakdown Event)s in the Caves, Mantles and Core of the Planets.
