Dev sorta released a gif of a vehicle bay built on vehicles, and also because when you research the large storage, it just says "Storage Researched"

The devs are notoriously bad at naming things... They call it storage yet there already is a storage in the game...
I saw the gif of the portable vehicle bay, which is in no way an indication that you will be able to build a Storage on anything else than vehicles.
I saw you already renamed the page, so whatever, it is indeed a large storage.

What is that reason? I mean, calling it a vehicle storage when it can only be on a vehicle makes since, doesn't it? The Berk (talk) 19:22, 26 February 2017 (UTC)
Let explain my sudden decision thoroughly
- There is no in-game reference of it being called vehicle storage, therefore it is more likelier to be referred as "large storage"
- It's literally the same module as the storage but one tier higher, (both also have 8 slot and used to store items in tier lower than itself)
- In the actual evidence which I'll be uploading shortly, will prove that the large storage may potentially be build-able at the large platform
- Vehicles uses the same type of attachment slot as the large platform, meaning that large storage and crane might as well be in the same category as the vehicle bay or fuel condenser
- To explain even deeper the point 3 and 4, the reason I categorize stuff using tier is because astroneer oddly follows this multiplication of 2, then 4,8,16. Which I'll explain deeper later on the mechanics page for Tiers
