Hey! I managed to pick up the care package at 9500 points and did not receive what is shown on the page here. I got 1 titanium alloy, 1 steel, 1 silicone, 1 tungsten carbide and two solid fuel boosters. At the time I completed it I had completed the story of the game, if that affects the rewards.
Additionally, I am getting another care package at 10500 points. I'll report back when I pick up its rewards.
