D-Ciphers are an exploration tool in Astroneer: Glitchwalkers. It is used to process Storm Data into storm protection levels.

The D-Cipher comes built-in to the Glitch Shelter. The Portable D-Cipher is unlocked by completing the mission VPN-d Message.
